Inspector's comments: The person in charge is unable to demonstrate knowledge of food safety; raw chicken stored above raw shrimp in walk-in; food not date-marked throughout facility; egg rows stored loose in Oyster Bay Supreme Flakes card board box; food stored in shopping bags; prep surface covered with card board; prep cooler not clean to sight; grinder not clean to sight; ice machine not clean to sight; inside of sugar container not clean to sight; rice cooker not clean to sight; Raid spray in dishwasher area. Upon re-inspection on Dec. 1, the restaurant received no critical violations.

Inspector's comments: Open can of soda observed; eggs stored above other food; food in front Hobart refrigerator is 45 degrees F.; meats in cooler not properly date-marked; out of date cocktail sauce in cooler; can opener not clean to sight; measuring cups and spoons not clean to sight; ice machine not clean to sight; water nozzle not clean to sight.

Inspector's comments: Employee observed not washing hands before putting on gloves after cleaning counter; raw eggs stored above RTF in cooler; raw chicken stored above pancake batter; egg wash at 44 degrees F; food not date marked in prep coolers and walk-in cooler; ceiling vents and tiles not clean in kitchen; knives and utensils put away dirty; bottles of soap and bottles of bleach not labeled. Upon re-inspection on Nov. 21, the restaurant received no critical violations.
